Commuter Resources Information Associate – Part Time (20 Hours) $11.55 Per Hour
The Commuter Resources Information Associate supports the activities of the Commuter Resources program by responding to public transit, rideshare and informational inquiries received through the Regional Call Center. The position reports to the Commuter Resources Information Lead Associate.
Applicants should possess a minimum of one(1) year telephone customer service or related public contact experience, with a high school diploma or equivalent experience and training. Must be able to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, and report to work during adverse weather. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously including answering a multi-line phone, using a computer and other tools as needed. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to type 40wpm.

Commuter Resources Business Analyst
The Commuter Resources Business Analyst will effectively promote Transportation Demand Management (TDM) programs, services, and strategies to employers and commuters in the Triad. Incumbent must establish ongoing client relations through continuous relationship management and consultative selling to include identification of potential customers and timely follow up to promote, create awareness, educate, and encourage the use of PART services.
Desired candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in Communications, Marketing, Planning, Public Administration or combination of education and experience. Transportation Modeler Analyst
The Transportation Modeler Analyst position is responsible for assisting with the data collection and maintenance of various transportation, transit, and scenario planning modeling tools. The incumbent will provide support to the Triad Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) Administrators, other regional transportation/planning stakeholders, and the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT). A secondary function will be to understand how to execute each of the models in a support and backup role to the PART Regional Transportation Modeler.
