Customer Satisfaction Survey Results

Our riders are the most important thing in the success of PART Express. When surveyed riders were 92.4% Satisfied with PART services, 81.8% are very likely to continue riding PART, and 81.5% would recommend PART to a friend or colleague! There were a few areas that need addressing and we appreciate the input from participants. Final results from the Survey can be found in the Customer Satisfaction Survey Report  or the Powerpoint Presentation

PART Operates Guilford County Transportation Services

Effective November 14th PART began operating the transportation services for Guilford County residents.
