Piedmont Transit Resources Welcomes New PArtner

Greensboro, NC (October 12, 2015) – As of Thursday, October 1st you will have a new experience when calling to find out about bus routes and other transportation needs in Davidson County. Davidson County has joined the Piedmont Transit Resources Call Center as a partner and all calls to the existing Davidson County Transportation System (DCTS) phone number will roll into the regional call center.

Piedmont Transit Resources is a regional information center where you can get your transit questions answered by calling one number 1-800-588-7787. Services include: Bus route schedules & fares, Real-time bus status, Transit trip planning, Carpool & Vanpool information, Airport Area Shuttle Request, Pass sales, Emergency Ride Home, and More! Hours of operation are 6:00AM – 7:00PM Monday-Friday.

Piedmont Transit Resources is a regional partnership between Davidson County, City of High Point, Hi tran, and PART.
