“I took the PART bus from GSO to Winston-Salem today and had a wonderful experience. It was my first time doing so, and I was very worried about coordinating schedules and transfers. Each of your employees that I spoke to on the phone before my trip was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. This morning, my plane was slightly delayed, and your representative was able to make a special exception and accommodate me despite this delay, which was truly wonderful, as had I missed my bus, I would have missed an important presentation I was trying to get back for. The representative was exceptionally courteous and understanding of my circumstances and really went above and beyond for me.
