Step 4 – Kick Off Your New Program

To launch your newly designed program, you may want to consider some of the following FREE solutions. Remember, PART can help you every step of the way.

Face-to-Face Solutions:

Are you hosting an event? Invite PART to your next benefits fair or employee appreciation day. We will speak one-on-one with your employees about their commute alternatives.

Not having a planned event in the near future? Invite PART to set up a booth in your lobby, cafeteria, or other high-traffic area. We’ll provide the posters announcing the event, draft an e-mail that you can send out to your employees letting them know about the event, and even bring door prizes!

Electronic Solutions:

• Include commute alternative information in your next newsletter, post it on your intranet site, or send it out as an e-mail!
• Link to our commuter page from your intranet site! www.partnc.org

Paper Solutions:

• Take advantage of our brochures, posters and other marketing materials.
• Many companies across the region have set up bulletin boards or information areas for transit, carpooling, vanpooling and other commute alternative information.
